a stone throw from la Duquesa golf course, this has all the facilities for a great
holiday. Four communal swimming pools, two paddle tennis, a gym, a sauna,
direct access to the beach, underground car park just to name a few.

We have a large number of apartments available in this complex, all and each
with its own characteristics. Some have a jacuzzi bath in the en suite bathroom,
sea views, satellite television, video, stereo and a DVD player. All properties
have air-conditioning and heating throughout, a terrace overlooking the
communal pools and/ or the sea.
The kitchen is fully fitted and complete with dishwasher, washing machine,
fridge freezer, oven and hobs.
We have availability for studios, one, two and three bedrooms apartments.
Before confirming a reservation, we will inform you of the facilities in your
apartment.
The standard two bedroom apartments (about 75 square meters) are either
overlooking the port (not the marina) or the pool and sea.
The two bedroom de luxe* apartments are very large apartments (about 120
square meter), front line beach, some with jacuzzi bath, English television (BBC
channels), a DVD player air-conditioning and a south or/and west facing
terraces overlooking the sea.
There are also three types of three bedroom properties.
Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels)
There are no restrictions as of the day of arrival and departure but would
request our clients to arrive after 3pm and leave by 11am (unless otherwise
agreed).
La Duquesa golf course is across the road and famous courses such as
Valderrama, San Roque and Sotogrande, a mere 10 minutes drive away.

television (BBC channels), air-conditioning and heating and a large fully
