There are steep stairs to get to the apartment, so it may not suitable for disable. There is a 30 sqm roof terrace.

There is a barbeque, WIFI and television with Spanish, English, French, Belgian, Dutch, German and Russian channels.

The cobbled street of San Miguel is located in a residential area, only a few minutes walk to the beach and to the famous pedestrian street of Calle Real with its many bars and restaurants. It is located in a peaceful area and ideal for families and as a winter break away. At the bottom of the street, in calle Caridad, there are plenty of tapas bars, fish and meat restaurants.

If you need a parking you can have one in avenida de España at 10€ per day (subject to availability).

The house is perfect for walks around the old town centre as the many cobbled streets surrounded by flowers make it an ideal place for relaxation.

As this is a residential area, the accommodation is not suitable for hen or stag nights.
