Puerto de la Duquesa is a cosmopolitan port located in southern Spain, Costa del sol within the
district of Manilva and between Sotogrande and Marbella. Close to all major towns and airports -
Malaga and Gibraltar- it has become a popular place for holidays makers. Its cosmopolitan port
and resort offers catering for all tastes and a selection of bars all around. It is also the place to
be for golfers as famous courses such as Valderrama, Alcaidesa, Finca Cortesin,Sotogrande and
San roque are only a short drive away.
We have a studio and a two bedroom apartment available for rent.
Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels)
There are no restrictions as of the day of arrival and departure but would request our clients to
arrive after 3 pm and leave before 11 am (unless otherwise agreed).
La Duquesa golf course is across the road and famous courses such as Valderrama, San Roque
and Sotogrande, a mere 10 minutes drive away.

We can also organise car hire should you require it.

- The studio apartment has been completely renovated with wooden floors throughout, a
fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, hobs, oven, washing machine, a brand new
bathroom, two single beds, a dining table and chairs and a west facing terrace with
marina, golf and mountain views. The property, located on the fifth floor is also fully air-
conditioned and has satellite television (BBC channels, news channels).
- The two bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a fully fitted kitchen with
dishwasher and washing machine and a bright living room opening onto a terrace with
marina views.
- It is also air-conditioned and has satellite television: BBC channels news and some
children channels.
