Its south west facing position with a terrace overlooking the beach makes it a popular place to stay. It has also two bathrooms, one en-suite, a fully fitted kitchen and a spacious living room opening onto the sunny terrace. There is air conditioning/heating, 24 hours security service, two communal swimming pools, private WIFI, underground parking space and direct access to the beach.La Duquesa golf and country club is across the road and Puerto de la Duquesa with its quality restaurants and bars as well as its yacht harbour only a short stroll away.The apartment is ideal for families, couples, golfers and is also wheelchair friendly.
