Outsanding four bedroom villa in Los Hidalgos de la duquesa. with three double bedrooms, a fourth bedroom with a sofa bed. each bedroom has its own bathroom.the house has a private pool and a jacuzzi. it is located in the quiet area of Los Hidalgos and not far from the beach. you can stroll down the promenade to go to puerto duquesa with its many bars and restaurants.the villa is decorated with style and has air conditioning, wifi and international channels. the sunny terrace opens onto the swimming pool and at the back, one can enjoy the jacuzzi and al fresco dining. La duquesa golf course is a stroll away and Finca cortesin, Doña Julia a few minutes drive.

We booked this villa for 10 nights and whilst we gradually found our feet with it, we had lots of problems from day 1. The day we checked in there was a smashed tile on the floor (loose sharp shards), one of the bedroom blinds was broken, the kitchen sink was leaking, the TV and wifi weren't working, flies everywhere in one bathroom, ants in the kitchen, broken patio door swinging off the hinges in one bedroom and no villa welcome pack. I rang Costa only to be told it was a Sunday and no one could help. People did come round over the course of the stay to help repair bits (sink, blind and tile) but come the end of the holiday lots still not working which was disappointing. It also says towels would be changed every 7 days but that didn’t happen. Overall disappointing and with so many other options in the area. I’d advise against a stay.

Beautiful Villa

We needed a location for 6 adults and rather than booking 2 apartments we decided to go for a villa instead. I am so glad we did. Everything about this villa was great. We are already looking forward to our next trip and we will be scheduling it around availability of ths property.
It has obviously gone through some renovations as the bathrooms were quite modern. The kitchen is perhaps in need of an update, but this is nitpicking. It is well appointed and all the appliances work.
The pool and hot tub were great. the size of the living areas were perfect, nobody felt on top of one another.
internet/wifi was perfect.
